SIN 874-1 Army Enterprise Architecture (AEA)

Army Enterprise Architecture (AEA) is the Army’s strategy for transforming operational visions and required capabilities into requirements determination blueprints for integrated and interoperable information systems. AEA is comprised of three integrated architectures: operational, systems, and technical and is mandated by the Clinger-Cohen Federal Acquisition Reform Act. The Fleming Group meets and exceeds AEA requirements and offers resources with demonstrated expertise producing over 100 architecture products. Furthermore, our tools facilitate accurate, efficient, and rapid development of architecture products, such as requirements determination, analyst tool, performance parameter tool, off-page and external referencing, findings database, common information dictionary, mission and information threads, process guide, and training seminars. Click here for more information about our enterprise architecture products and services.

SIN 874-1 Operational Architecture (OA)

Operational Architecture (OA) is one of the three AEAs. We engineered and documented the OA process to capture enterprise functionality, information exchange, and operational requirements to blueprint the “as-is” and “to-be” organization. Click here for more information about our enterprise architecture products and services.

SIN 874-1 Process Engineering

Performance technology focuses on what performers must do to execute organizational and process changes. Our proprietary accomplishment-based methodology is supported by protocols, job aids, and interim outputs. Our methodology is cohesive in its systems approach to solving problems and powerful in measuring success based on workforce accomplishments and bottom-line results.
